"It has been the experience of a lifetime. We visited many places and monuments, as well as playing with the children. From day one, I felt at home thanks to the camp monitors (Sofi and Mane).
Everyone should do this volunteer trip if they want to have the best 15 days of their lives."

"The workcamp was organised and managed well. Our campleader Suren was remarkable. He took great care of the participants and coordinated the work flawlessly. The trips were well planned and interesting, making the whole experience even more fun. Overall a fantastic workcamp with great people."

"For me was a good experience, people, activities, workcamp liders, perfect. But the accommodation wasn't prepared to support 15 people, we'd problems with water, electricity and we didn't had gas to cook. The problems were solved because of our liders but it's important to advertise them before more volunteers apply for this accommodation."

"The Zvarnots cathedral is not ready to host a workcamp.
The conditions are awful (no consistent running water, no gas for cooking, no AC and at times, no electricity).
Instead of trying to help the volunteers and the organization, the Zvarnots museum people refuse to help.
Despite this problem, the camp leaders and organization tried their best"

"We worked less than an hour a day, and the work was useless. The rest of the day we had nothing to do and the camp leaders didn't suggest anything. There was no air conditioning and the water often failed"

"I thank armenian voluntears for letting me know about Armenia and culture. Accomodation was simple. Sometimes no water and no possibility to cook. Interaction beteween foreign voluntears was poor. Main language was not english, but spanish and russian. So several people felt e.xcluded. There was almost nothing to do (because of hot weather?)."

"Armenians are really hospitable and they did almost everything to make our time at the camp enjoyable. Plus, I really liked the achievement and the project itself because I believe the result will be long-lasting and for the good of children. And I practised my English in a field that I had never imagined before"

"I think the organisation should make sure the Camp leaders get some training, because the ones in our camp seemed overwhelmed by the situation and the organisation ended Up being not as good."

"The Armenian organization had everything prepared and well organised. Unfortunately our leaders were inexperienced and therefore the workcamp was not functioning well. I'd recommend to put only such leaders in charge who have been to more than one workcamp themselves. The work was satisfying, but the children were more like teenagers, so 14-17."

"We were very lucky because of the group we did. A lot of people of different nationalities working hard during mornings and sharing cultures and having fun during afternoons. Very good balance between work and tourism. Thank you very much to the Armenian volunteers, always helping and doing the best of theirselves to make better the experience."

"A 5-minute introduction by a professional on how to work with disabled children would have been desirable... we were left alone with the children with no guidance. Also, the Armenian language class scheduled for the first day never took place and some teambuilding measures would have been great for the group. Still, nice people and a good experienc"

"The team leaders mainly were missing or had a lack of interest when they were with us, so during the work, we were a little lost. More than the half of volunteers who were from another long-term camp was a bad experience because they did not do to integrate with us. Because we joined another camp during trips, I could have a good experience there."

""Everything was so planned. The accommodation was really fine for a work camp and they came to pick us up at the airport when we arrived.
In addition, a lot of excursions and activities were included in the schedule without paying anything. ""
