SECURITY and PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how Volontariat collects, uses, and protects information from Volunteers and User Organizations across our digital properties (Volontariat.site, e-vet.fr).
This policy applies to all Services offered by Volontariat. Data is securely hosted via providers including OVH, OVH, and protected by Cloudflare infrastructure. This policy does not apply to third-party applications integrated independently.
Personal Identification: Collected only when voluntarily submitted (name, email, location). We never sell data to third parties.
Log Data: Automatic collection of IP addresses, browser types, and access times to ensure system security and optimize user experience.

Data security is handled by OVH using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 CBC) and SSH protocols for transfers. We implement high-availability clusters and disaster recovery plans to ensure your data remains accessible and safe.
